Google Drive backup

Your memory, safe in your Drive.

Phones get lost, broken and replaced. Your documents shouldn't go with them.

Private by design

It lives in your Drive — not ours.

Memento saves one backup file, “Memento backup.zip”, to your own Google Drive. It uses Google's most limited Drive permission, so Memento can only see files it created — never the rest of your Drive.

  • No Memento server stores your documents
  • Back up or restore any time with one tap
  • Optional automatic backup overnight on Wi-Fi

Good to know

Automatic backups

Turn on daily backups and Memento runs them overnight on Wi-Fi after your first backup.

Limited access

Memento only sees the backup file it created — not your other files.

Delete it any time

The backup is a normal file in your Drive. Delete it whenever you like.

Revoke access

Remove Memento's Drive access at any time from your Google Account settings.

Never start from zero again.

Memento is free on Google Play. Install it, snap your first receipt, and let it remember the rest.
